Shipping Info

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship via USPS priority mail, which is 1-3 days to most locations. Orders ship weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays. 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via international first class mail. Please let us know if you would like to upgrade to priority. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please send us a note if you'd like to add signature confirmation to your order.

Returns + Exchanges


Because our bags are made to order, all sales are final. Please read descriptions thoroughly and contact us with any questions.


If you have an issue with your order, please contact me. I do not accept unauthorized returns. Exchanges may be made on unused, unworn bags. Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping costs + price difference if applicable.  Please let me know within 5 days of receiving your bag if you’d like to exchange it. Bag must be posted back within 2 weeks and buyer is responsible for shipping charges.  

Any damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.  Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
